Fiber Direkt is a Swedish-owned company with a Swedish principal. All infrastructure, fibre, data centres, network and backup, is owned and operated in Sweden. This means your data never leaves the country and is never subject to foreign legislation such as the CLOUD Act or FISA 702. If you're covered by NIS2, GDPR or public sector requirements, this isn't an advantage, it's a prerequisite.

Premium (Bronze–Platinum) gives you dedicated symmetrical speeds of 1–10 Gbit/s, phone support, a monitoring portal, more IPv4 addresses and an SLA guarantee with financial compensation.

Yes, we support BYOIP (Bring Your Own IP) and can also assign you your own IP blocks. IPv4 addresses are included in all Premium packages. Full IPv6 support, of course.
